- Elevated cholesterol
- Pulmonary disease
- other related conditions
Medication assistance through generic prescriptions, mail order prescription programs, and pharmaceutical company patient assistance programs.
- Laboratory Testing and Diagnostic Imaging
- Patient Wellness and Health Education
- Dental Services (limited referral vouchers for current patients)
- Wound Care
Patients are seen by appointment only; no walk-ins accepted.
The following services are NOT provided:
- Physicals for school or work
- Disability determinations
- Childhood immunizations
- Family planning
- Obstetrics
- Prenatal care
- Abortions
- Drug testing
